This is a non-production SANDBOX demonstration of the Phone Se Loan AI Operating System, operated by Litehouse Company Private Limited. It uses sample, pseudonymised data only. No NBFC/HFC licence is held; nothing here is an offer, solicitation or invitation for credit, a loan, a deposit or any financial product, and no real lending, disbursement, underwriting or borrower processing takes place. All agent outputs are illustrative and advisory; every binding decision (approval, sanction, pricing, disbursal, legal/technical certification) is human-only. By ticking the box and continuing you confirm and agree that: (1) No advice — you will not treat any content as financial, legal, tax or investment advice, an offer, or a representation of a live product; (2) Eligibility — you are 18+ and accessing this for evaluation/diligence, not as a consumer applying for credit; (3) DPDP consent — under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you consent to your mobile number being processed by us and our OTP processor (e.g. Twilio) solely to send and verify a one-time access code for this session; it is not used for marketing, not sold, and is retained only as needed for security/audit and then deleted; (4) No real personal data — you will not enter real customer, borrower or third-party personal, financial or identity data into this demo; (5) Data & security — access is logged (hash-chained audit) for integrity; the demo is provided “as is” with no warranty and no liability for reliance; (6) Intellectual property — the platform, agent designs and content are proprietary to Litehouse and may not be copied or reused without consent; (7) Confidentiality — the roadmap, scores and case artefacts shown are confidential; (8) Grievances — questions or data-rights requests (access/erasure) may be sent to the Litehouse contact; and (9) Governing law — this demo and these terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to arbitration seated in India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the company’s registered office.
